Return & Refund Policy

Customers may want to cancel their orders or request refunds for various reasons, which is why we have established this policy page. This policy applies to all orders placed with 7 Custom Packaging and does not violate your rights under Consumer Protection Acts.

Refunds & Returns

As you know, your packaging is custom-made according to your requirements. Therefore, we seek your approval before production begins. If you find any defects in your order, you must inform us within 3 working days of receiving it by emailing sales@7custompackaging.com.

If the defect is due to our error, we will be responsible for reprinting the entire order. However, you must return the entire order within 7 working days and provide us with digital proof of the defect before we can initiate the reprint process.

If the defect is due to customer error and a refund is still requested, you must return the complete order to us. In this case, we will deduct shipping, product setup, printing, and billing costs from your refund amount before processing it.

Order Cancelation

Once you approve the proof, we will send your printing jobs to the press department right away. After you approve the proof, you have 4 hours to cancel your order if needed. If you decide to cancel after this time, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order cost will apply. Please let us know about any cancellations within 12 to 24 hours.

If your order has already been processed, we cannot offer a refund if you decide to cancel it. However, we can provide you with a free warehouse facility to store your order. This means we can hold the order for you and ship it whenever you need it.
