It is important for you to know that copying, modification, storage, republishing, transmission, or distribution of “Our Website Contents” is prohibited without our written consent.

User Conduct On Our Website

I will be solely responsible for any content that I upload, send, or otherwise distribute or transmit to or via our website. You agree that you will not send, upload, post, or otherwise distribute or transmit to or via our website any materials that may restrict or inhibit any other user from using our website or that are unlawful.

I will not be responsible for any user-generated content on our website, such as comments or anything else that may be offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you. The content you upload to our website will be saved, and we may provide it to authorities if required to (a) comply with legal processes; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our website, its users, and the public.

It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information regarding your orders. Our website is not intended for the use of robots or for training them. You cannot use our website for fraudulent activities.

We do not save your account login details; therefore, you must keep your account credentials safe. If any order is placed from your account, you will be responsible for it. To access certain sections of our website, you will need to provide your email.

By using our site, you agree that you have read our privacy policy page and that your personal and business information will be collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Just so you know, your orders are custom printed. If you believe there is a defect in your order that is our fault, you must inform us about it within three working days. In addition, you must provide us with digital proof of your order and return the order to us, paying the delivery charges yourself.

Due to the custom nature of your order, we can only provide a refund of up to 1% and that too, only if the defect is on our side. We will always recommend that if there is a defect in your order, you have it reprinted by us.

Payment, Order Placement, Cancellation

You must always make your payment in US dollars. Due to the nature of custom printing, we can only begin working on your order once we’ve received 100% of the payment through the given method. To place your order, you must first approve your artwork.

Once you approve your print, you will have only 1 hour to cancel. However, we allow you to cancel your order even after 24 hours, but in that case, we will deduct 50% or more of the order value because we need to cover the costs of our press department.

Customer Submitted Artwork

We advise you to submit your artwork to us at a minimum of 300 dots per inch and in CMYK format.

Production & Delivery

Your custom product packaging production will begin after your artwork is approved. We will deliver your order within 9 to 12 business days, but this time may be extended due to unfortunate circumstances.
